The CompACT-10: Development and validation of a Comprehensive assessment of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy processes short-form in representative UK samples

Nima Moghaddam, Dave Dawson, along with two of their previous Trainees (Katrina Bayliss and Lucy Morris) have just published a paper describing the development and psychometric validation of a new short-form version of their psychological flexibility measure (the CompACT-10). Psychological flexibility is a central component of psychological health and wellbeing, and this new measure should be useful to both clinicians and researchers working with this key process.
