You can sign in to the blogs using your university username and password. If you've just signed in for the first time, you should read our Community Guidelines. If you're happy with the guidelines, then update your Profile with some basic information such as your full name and department; maybe add a picture of yourself, too. Navigate to your profile, using the menu bar at the top of the screen.
Following that, you'll probably want to create your first site. If you want to learn how to use WordPress, the blogging software we use, visit our Help blog. You'll find a set of video tutorials and documentation on using WordPress.
